Tags and packaging are intact and original
The product is returned in resellable condition

To start your return/exchange:

1. Complete the Return Form

Fill out the return/exchange form with accurate details, including:

Date of Receiving the Order
Product details (Name, Size, Color, Quantity)
Reason for return/exchange

2. Repack the Merchandise

Please pack the item securely. Ensure the product and return form are included.

3. Ship the Item Back

Send the parcel back to us using any trusted courier.
(Note: Courier charges are not refundable.)
